It's still unsure whether this is a new genre in gaming or maybe considered either action or puzzle games, but the genre "action puzzler" is an innovative experience in the world of games. Especially that developer Rain Games had "Teslagrad" as a good example of an action puzzler, we might be having a new one in the making and it's called "World to the West."
Being published by Soedesco, the game is also set in the same universe as its predecessor "Teslagrad." Here's a full official description along with a breakdown of the game's features (thanks to Dualshockers):
"Discover a world of corrupt colonies and forgotten civilizations. Play as four characters-Lumina the Teslamancer, Knaus the orphan, Miss Teri the mind bender and the gloriously mustachioed strongman, Lord Clonington-as you explore untamed jungles, frozen tundras and the mysteries of an ancient prophecy. Be careful though. Nothing is ever what it seems. Will you join us in this journey to the West?"
Features:
According to an earlier article of Nintendo Insider, artist Ole Ivar Rudi was asked if "World to the West" will be released for the upcoming Nintendo NX. While he's sure that it won't come out for the 3DS, he assured that the game will "show up on additional platforms, maybe even another Nintendo platform." He didn't want to reveal any more than that, so we just have to cross our fingers and hope that the "World to the West" will be added in the roster of NX games.
"World to the West" will be release on Wii U, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in Q1 2017.
