Following the cliffhanger finale of "Orange Is The New Black" Season 4, followers of the popular American comedy-drama TV series are eager to know whether Daya (Dascha Polanco) will go on and kill Thomas inside the cell.
Previously, "Orange Is The New Black" viewers have seen Daya being challenged with the things that are going on around her. Others are speculating that Polanco's character will seek to revenge for the death of Poussey.
According to THR, cast members of "Orange Is The New Black" were on the set during the filming of Poussey's final moment. Danielle Brooks, who takes the role of Taystee, revealed everyone was serious during the filming of the death scene.
"I remember telling Matt, "I have to tell you, there's only so many takes of this I can do. So let's do it. No holding back, when you say action, I'm giving you everything I got so make sure everybody's ready,"" Brooks said.
The 27-year-old actress added "Orange Is The New Black" is not solely about Black Lives Matter. "The structure of "Orange [Is The New Black]" is that you're learning about people who you consider to be criminals on a deeper level. You learn who they are and why some of them have committed these crimes," she said.
Aside from whether or not Daya will pull the trigger on Thomas, viewers also have a couple of questions in mind, which will surely be answered in "Orange Is The New Black" Season 5.
E! Online reported viewers are wondering whether Poussey will be given a decent memorial in the upcoming season of "Orange Is The New Black." On the other hand, others are also curious whether Daya's mother, Aleida, will make a move to save her daughter from the prison.
From the previous season of "Orange Is The New Black," Aleida has finally got out of the cell. As a result, she saw Caputo (Nick Sandow) on the TV talking with regards to Poussey's death.
Reports suggested the production has started for "Orange Is The New Black" Season 5. The TV series is expected to return during the second quarter of 2017.
