After a big reveal in the previous chapter of "Fairy Tail," the story continues with a fight between Rahkeid and Kagura. On the other hand, August's strength is in full effect against Jellal and the chapter ends with another explosive reveal that pits the most powerful of the guild against the Spriggan 12.

'Fair Tail' Chapter 509 Recap

The latest chapter of "Fairy Tail" is currently available in Manga Stream and it starts with Jellal getting crushed by August. August then revealed that Zeref had a son: Rahkeid which makes him Natsu's nephew. Rahkeid then made a comment regarding Zeref's fondness of Natsu which greatly irritates him.

Rahkeid and Kagura eventually engage in a fight. Kagura easily deals with the attacks of Rahkeid but her counter attacks are easily stopped noting that he, August and Irene are the same. His counter attack against Kagura comes with immense power that Rahkeid notes that she's near her end.

The chapter ends with August noting that there is only one person who could stop Rahkeid at his current state. The only person that could stop Rahkeid right now is his mother, Mavis.

Mavis to the Rescue?

With the big reveal, Mavis' could play a big part on Kagura's survival. The forum discussion on Manga Helpers indicate that Kagura will have a very hard time against Rahkeid but she'll somehow survive. However, given that the bloodline of Rahkeid is very powerful, she will somehow find some help against a very powerful enemy.

Mavis is already sensing the power of Rahkeid as he continuously attacks Kagura. But help might also come from another direction since the chapter's next title is "Natsu's Heart." Is it possible that Natsu is finally healed and will help Kagura against Rahkeid?

The upcoming chapters of "Fairy Tail" would set-up a giant battle in the future. Natsu, Mavis, Zeref and August are already thrown in the mix of wizards that would eventually have to fight for their cause. For now, Jellal have his hands full with one of the most powerful wizards in Spriggan 12 and Kagura is fighting no less that the son of Zeref and Mavis.
