Madden NFL constantly pushes the boundary in recreating realistic gaming experience for players. The recent patch ups the ante in realistic gaming as it comes with multiple improvements and features for gamers on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Patch Updates on Gaming and MUT
According Attack of the Fanboy, the latest updates in Madden NFL covers a lot of improvements in the gameplay. Among the improvements is the correction in catch animations that lead to dropped passes. Another notable improvement is the addition of catching a missed field goal and the ability to return the said ball as an offensive action.
MUT or Madden Ultimate Team is also getting some boost in gameplay with additional interaction with the game. Head to head games are now available, a Super Bowl presentation to the winner of head to head and rewards are now available in every after game.
The recent patch also made some improvements on the commentary section. On top of the commentary improvements is analysis and comments with a team tries a field goal. Additional names of football players were also added for complete analysis and the commentary now has the ability to call out legends who could be recalled executing the same play.
Handling the Glitch
The recent adjustment and improvement made on the game are nothing new but these patches are meant to handle the glitch often spotted in the game. Last September, Gamespot reported of a hilarious glitch featuring the New York Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars along with the litany of glitches already reported on various sites.
In the glitch, Eli Manning seemed to have successfully passed the ball. But the ball bounces back far from what physics allow and it immediately lands to a Jaguar defensive player for return and a touchdown. No word on how it happened but the patch should provide hope for players on a glitch-free Madden NFL 17.
