NBA News: The tale of LeBron James and his Chicago Cubs uniform

LeBron James pays his wager in a bet with Dwyane Wade as he lost the bet in the World Series Final. He enters the United Center in Chicago Cubs uniform this Friday night.

James entered the United Center in the Cubs uniform and Cubs hat as reported by CBS Sports. He covered his head with hood from the blue sweatshirt he wore inside the uniform. Many reporters and photographers have waited for the opportunity and walked along.

Suddenly, Wade came and followed him.

When James noticed that Wade was following him with a big grin on his face, he stopped walking and turned to Wade. The Chicago Bulls guard could not help but smile a winning smile when James asked him, “Why are you following me?”

The sight of James entering the United Center in the Cubs uniform is a very rare sight, moreover for Chicago sports fans. According to Chicago Tribune noted that the Cubs uniform is the MVP of the game.

Many hilarious moments has preceded the event which began when Chicago Cubs won the seventh game of the World Series against Cleveland Indians on Nov. 2 to become the World Series Champions. Wade, a Chicago native won the bet against James, a Cleveland native.

Wade selected the Chicago Cubs uniform for James to fit his size, he also had their stylists to communicate. Afterward, he posted the photo of James wearing the Cubs pinstripe uniform in his Instagram:


Prior to the game, LeBron James sports multimedia company UNINTERRUPTED even posted another picture of him in the hotel room before the game in the hotel room.

The game went smoothly for Chicago Bulls as theydefeated the Cavaliers 111-105.
