"The Law & Order" alum Elisabeth Rohm joins The CW's comedy "Jane The Virgin" Season 3 in a major recurring role. She is heating up someone's love life in the telenovela-style comedy.

According to Deadline, Rohm will play a soft-spoken guru named Eileen in "Jane The Virgin" Season 3. She has exuding tranquillity and will be romancing the unstable sister Dr. Luisa Alver (Yara Martinez) of the single hunk Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni).

Rohm joins the "Jane The Virgin" Season 3 series cast. These include Gina Rodriguez (Jane Villanueva), Jaime Camil (Rogelio De La Vega), Brett Dier (Michael Cordero Jr.), Yael Grobglas (Petra Solano), Andrea Navedo (Xiomara Villanueva), Ivonne Coll (Alba Villanueva), and Anthony Mendez as the narrator.

Rohm is represented by Zero Gravity, APA, and Felker/Toczek. She spent four seasons as assistant DA Serena Southerlyn on the flagship edition of NBC's "Law & Order," TV Line reported. She recently played chief of staff Allison Shaw in TNT's "The Last Ship" Season 3.

Rohm also had multi-episode arcs on CBS' "Stalker" and The CW's "Beauty & the Beast." She is next slated to join Will Arnett in his Netflix comedy "Flaked" Season 2 and also in "The Tribes of Palos Verdes" alongside Jennifer Garner.

There is still no announcement whether Rohm's character Eileen is evil in "Jane The Virgin" Season 3. Because of what happened after Rose (Bridget Regan), Luisa has a thing for bad girls.

"Jane The Virgin" returned on The CW network for its third season, answering the question of whether Micheal lived or died after being shot at the end of Season 2. It gathered a 0.5 in the demo and 1.2 million viewers, higher than its finale in May (0.4; 970,000).

"Jane The Virgin" Season 3 episode 8 is set to air on Jan. 3, 2017.
