Prince Narula was declared the winner of season 9 of "Bigg Boss." He took home the big prize money and all the spotlight was on him. However, is he truly a winner?

According to a report by Bollywood Life, Rishabh Sinha, Rochelle Rao and Mandana Karimi might be lucky to not have won "Bigg Boss 9." The website noted that the victory on "Bigg Boss" is jinxed.

The winners have believed that after winning the reality show, they would be getting the big break in Bollywood. If not a name in the film industry, at least, they will be known in the entertainment industry. However, the winners could not convert the win into a real win.

"Bigg Boss" season 1 winner Rahul Roy could not able to leave a mark after bagging the top prize in the debut season. He could just manage to get few roles in B-grade movies. The second season saw Ashutosh Kaushik winning the hearts of the audience and cruising his way to win the season, however he did not do well career-wise.

"Bigg Boss" season 3 was won by the controversial Vindu Dara Singh, later he could only bag cameo roles in big Bollywood movies or a few more reality TV shows.

Urvashi Dholakia and Juhi Parmar won the reality show, but they decided to focus on their families instead of their entertainment careers. Meanwhile, Gauhar Khan and Shweta Tiwari are still in the business. Khan has done a few item numbers and Tiwari is doing daily soap.

"Bigg Boss" season 8 was won by Gautam Gulati, despite his efforts to stay in the limelight, he has not got any big role in the Bollywood industry. Gulati would be seen next to Emraan Hashmi in "Azhar." He would be playing the role of Ravi Shastri.

It will be interesting to see if Narula could break the jinx make a mark in Bollywood and beyond. Narula surpassed Sinha, Karimi and Rao to win "Bigg Boss" season 9 this year. Stay tuned for more news and updates on Bollywood and Asian entertainment. Share your views in the section below.
