Responding to Tyga's claims that he contacted teenaged Molly O'Malia only to scout her musical talents and he never knew that she was just 14, celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred has seemingly backtracked saying that the teenager has become the victim of identity theft.
Back in December 2015, a teenaged model-cum-singer accused Tyga of sexual harassment by texting her and asking her to FaceTime again and again despite her reluctance.
Opening up on the sexual harassment allegations raised by the teenager, the rapper of Vietnamese descent admitted to reaching out the teenager, but only to scout her musical talent, after his team became interested in signing her as a singer.
The declaration was made by the rapper's manager Anthony Martini, who said that the rapper reached out to the teenager after his team found out she had a pretty strong online fanbase, and thought she might be a candidate for a Last Kings Records project.
The rapper even claimed that O'Malia herself lied about her age and told him that she was 17.
"She denies that that is her text message," Allred told HipHopDX. "Molly has been the victim of hacking and identity theft and that is something that she has reported to the police."
Allred has also claimed that they are not seeking any criminal action against the 26-year-old rapper.
Meanwhile, Tyga is supposedly keeping his cool over the rumors that his girlfriend and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kylie Jenner's half-brother Rob Kardashian is dating his ex, Blac Chyna.
"Everybody deserves to be happy," International Business Times quoted the rapper as saying. Chyna and Tyga reportedly have bad blood since the latter dumped her for the then 17-year-old reality TV star.
Kardashian, brother of famous reality TV star Kim Kardashian, is said to be seeing Chyna since last few weeks. The duo was even spotted recently in a vehicle together, presumably going to the gym, but buzz has it that she was actually to go see Rob's mother, Kris Jenner.
Meanwhile, despite the split rumors, Tyga and Kylie are going pretty strong, with the rapper admitting on the recent episode of "Kocktail With Khloe" that he will marry Kylie a few years later.
