NBA Trade Rumors: Boston Celtics may sign Larry Sanders, bringing him back to NBA

Former Milwaukee Bucks center Larry Sanders will NBA after his career ended prematurely in 2015 when Milwaukee Bucks released him after he suffered depression. Boston Celtics are reported to be interested in him to add more depth in the front court.

Sanders have prepared himself to return to NBA, according to CBS Sports. He had prepared himself since the summer to workout and hired Joel Bell from Bell Management International to become his agent. Bell has arranged meeting with several teams including Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Boston Celtics and negotiate the contract on his behalf.

Boston Celtics is reported to try him out last week, according to Boston Herald. He also has other teams which has been scheduled to visit this week.

The 6’11” center is a fine defender and good rim protector. He can be useful as the backup center for team such as Boston Celtics and Atlanta Hawks that already have an excellent main center. He declared himself ready to return to the game as he stated in his tweet last week:
