Publisher Focus Home Interactive has just held an event called "le What's Next de Focus," which specifically honed in on some interesting tidbits about its upcoming gothic RPG "Vampyr." One of the notable things they pointed out is that the game will have four different endings and one of which includes completing the game without killing anyone.

Philip Moreau from Dontnod Entertainment from actually revealed that the game is similar to the previous interactive adventure game "Life is Strange" where players face numerous moral choices which will test their moral code. In the case of "Vampyr," it's fighting the urge to feed on human blood, Dualshockers reported. Whatever decisions are made will ultimately result to different endings.

"The sum of your decisions and experiences of a Vampyr will trigger very different endings," said Moreau. "We have four endings, including one if you manage to finish the game without killing anyone. Trust me, that's a very hard challenge."

Just to give a recap on what "Vampyr" is all about it follows the background story (that is, the tales and legends) of Dr. Jonathan Reid, the protagonist and mysterious figure of the game, according to our earlier reports. During the year 1918, London has been stricken with the deadly epidemic, the Spanish Flu, which has left its streets and alleyways with the dead and the dying.

Dr. Reid, being an active participant in the Great War, finally returns home after being awaken with an even deadlier illness: vampirism. Of course, being man of science and medicine, the doctor tries to handle this with logic and tries to see this affliction as some sort of disease instead of falling into despair and madness. He would also have a more pressing task at hand as he returns home: tending to the epidemic that plagues his homeland.

"Vampyr" will be getting a gameplay video soon in a few months. The game will be released Q4 for the Playstation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
