A few days before the release of their major label debut album called UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal), Suiyoubi No Campanella collaborated with the makeup line Shu Uemura to create a music video for a song called COLORHOLIC.
Suiyoubi No Campanella teamed up with Shu Uemura ahead of their album's release later this month. The collaboration resulted in COLORHOLIC, a perfect name for the new eye shadow line the cosmetics company is hoping to promote in the eye-catching music video.
The new line of eye shadows is called Color Atelier. It will offer makeup artists and makeup lovers a huge range of eye shadow colors (to be specific 100 new colors) and will be available in stores starting July 1.
COLORHOLIC is a video filled with rich and saturated colors. Although the video starts in black and white showing Koumai, Suiyoubi No Campanella's frontwoman, as well as several young women in Tokyo, it eventually shows colors.
Koumai starts to show off and sport various eye makeup looks using Shu Uemura's new eye shadow line, with Tokyo in the background slowly coming to life with colors that allude to the Color Atelier collection.
As for the song, it is still unknown whether or not it will be included in the album UMA as the track list is yet to be released. The song COLORHOLIC comes after they released their single Chupacabra off of their album, which will be available to fans on June 22.
The album will be available in Limited and Regular edition.
