"Kingsman: The Secret Service" star Taron Egerton has only good things to say about the second "Kingsman" film. He also praised Channing Tatum who joined the cast in an unspecified role.
In an interview, the actor said that the film is already in post-production after the filming wrapped up.
"It's great man. We just finished. It's going to blow everyone away," he told ET Online.
Egerton went to talk about his experience with Tatum on set. He revealed that the actor was only on set for a short time.
"He was only around for a couple of weeks, he's such a great guy. He's such a great guy and he's brilliant in the movie. He'll be great," he said.
Tatum role in the film is yet to be disclosed but fans think he could be a CIA operative or an agent from the American counterpart of the Kingman organization. Tatum joins Jeff Bridges, Halle Berry, Elton John, Pablo Pascal and Julianne Moore in the film, Screen Rant reported.
"Kingsman 2" will have Eggsy (Egerton), Merlin (Mark Strong) and Roxy (Sophie Cookson) join forces with Statesman, a US counterpart of the British organization after the Kingsman HQ is destroyed by Poppy, an evil American mastermind to be played by Moore.
Colin Firth whose character was presumed dead on the first instalment will return as Harry Hart. Matthew Vaughn is once again at the helm of the film.
"Kingsman: The Golden Circle" is scheduled for release on June 16, 2017 under 20th Century Fox.
