The makers of Varun Dhawan starrer "Judwa 2" movie have officially announced the release date of the Bollywood movie.
The Nadiawala Grandson Entertainment (NGE Movies) has finally revealed that the release date of the sequel of 1997 superhit movie "Judwa," "Judwa 2," will be release on Sept. 29, 2017, NewsX reported.
"Mark your calendars! Judwaa2 releasing on 29.09.17. Directed by David Dhawan and starring Varun Dhawan, produced by Sajid Nadiawala," the NGE Movies wrote on its twitter handle. The movie will be directed by the "Badlapur" actor's father David Dhawan. The father son pair has earlier worked together in 2014 hit movie "Main Tera Hero."
"Judwa" featured superstar Salman Khan along with two female leads - Karishma Kapoor and Rambha in lead roles. "Judwa 2" will also have two female leads. Media reports suggested that Jacqueline Fernandez and Parineeti Chopra have been approached to play female leads in the movie, according to First Post. However, there is no official confirmation this regard.
Dhawan, who was last seen in "Dishoom," is currently busy shooting for his next "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" opposite Alia Bhatt in Kota, Rajasthan. Dhawan and Bhatt will also join for their another movie "Sudhi" after "Badrinath Ki Dulhania." The 29-year-old "Dilwale" actor is reportedly roped in to do third installment of successful dance drama "ABCD" opposite Katrina Kaif.
