Bollywood actress Radhika Apte on Tuesday slammed a media reporter for asking about her leaked sex scene from "Parched" movie.
At an event in Mumbai, the "Kabali" actress got angry after a reporter asked her about the leaked intimate scene from the recently released social drama. "My friend, sorry but your question is very ridiculous. Controversies are made by people like you. You saw the clip? you shared it with other people? You are the person controversies are made out of," she replied, DNA India newspaper reported.
Apte, who has several bold scenes in Leena Yadav directorial "Parched" movie, further said that she is not ashamed of her body and would continue to do bold scenes if needed. "I'm an artist. If I'm required to do a certain job, I'll do it. If you get out of your cocoon and look at what people are successfully doing abroad and are not ashamed of their bodies, you would not ask me this question," the "Badlapur" actress said, Asian Age newspaper reported. "People who are ashamed of their own bodies have curiosity about other's bodies. If you want to see a naked body tomorrow, look at yourself in the mirror rather than my clip."
The 31-year-old Hunterrr actress has recently been in news after her intimate scene from "Parched" movie leaked on social media platforms and went viral on the internet. The Ajay Devgn-produced women centric film was released in India last month with 'A' certificate. Apart from Apte, the movie also stars Surveen Chawla, Adil Hussain, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Lehar Khan and Sayani Gupta in important roles.
