Dara was oozing with sexiness when she performed "Kiss" on "Pinoy Boyband Superstar," making her the first 2NE1 member to perform after the girl group announced their disbandment in November.
According to Allkpop, Dara has been caught up with her projects both in Korea and in the Philippines, where she currently serves as one of the judges for a reality competition in search for the new members of a boy group.
On the Dec. 10 broadcast of "Pinoy Boyband Superstar," Dara appeared on stage, together with the finalists, to perform for the very first time since last month's announcement.
Previously, Dara was seen emotional on the set of "Pinoy Boyband Superstar" amid YG Entertainment and 2NE1's decision to disband the girl group. The idol was even caught on camera handing a letter to Blackjacks to thank and apologize to them.
On Nove. 29, Dara once again wrote a letter to all Blackjacks which she posted on Twitter, Soompi cited. The 2NE1 member started the handwritten letter by apologizing to fans for causing them pain.
"I'm sorry for making your hearts ache, I'm sorry for not being able protect you, and I'm so sorry for hurting you," Dara wrote.
She also thanked all Blackjacks for their support since 2NE1 started seven years ago. Dara added she will always remember the good memories while she was still in the group.
Dara continued the 2NE1 tried produce something for their fans, but failed to do so. "We wanted to give you guys some great music one last time to show our gratitude, but I'm so sorry that we unfortunately were unable to... I know it hurts right now," she said.
She ended her letter with a promise to do even better after the disbandment. Dara and CL will continue with their solo promotions with YG Entertainment; however, Park Bom was not resigned with the label.
