Fans of television's biggest drama series, "The Walking Dead", were left with so many questions before the show hit into its midseason hiatus. With the show coming back next year, fans are now looking for spoilers on "The Walking Dead".
One of the burning questions that many viewers have were about Heath. Many are anxious to know whether Heath is still alive or not. Will fans see Heath again? Or will he join the ranks of many who were brutally killed in the show?
Prior to "The Walking Dead" taking the hiatus, viewers saw Heath and Tara in the middle of some serious trouble with the walkers. To save Tara, Heath stayed behind to deal with the walkers and have Tara run for her life.
Promotional materials for "The Walking Dead" have teased fans about Heath's supposed demise. But in the episodes of the first half of "The Walking Dead" season 7, no body of Heath was ever shown. Tara was in fact still hopeful that Heath was able to escape unscathed from the zombie onslaught.
However, according to Comic Book, actor Corey Hawkins who plays the role of Heath has just recently signed up to play the lead character of FOX network's Jack Bauer-less "24" spinoff titled "24: Legacy". It means that Hawkins is no longer committed to AMC's "The Walking Dead" and consequently his character Heath is already gone for good.
"The Walking Dead" has traditionally shown viewers the fate of the characters killed off in the show. But production may veer away from tradition and may simply allow the surviving characters to not know the exact fate of Heath.
On the other hand, actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan who plays the role of the ruthless Negan has already signed up for "The Walking Dead" season 8 and has expressed that he might be with the show for more seasons to come, Independent reported. Negan is still alive in the comics and "The Walking Dead" season 7 has been pretty much faithful to it.
The second half of "The Walking Dead" season 7 will return on Feb. 12, 2017, Sunday on AMC.
