It appears that Song Joong Ki's friendship goes beyond the filming of a drama as it was recently revealed that the actor is also a close friend of Park Si Yeon, whom he has worked with on "The Innocent Man."
According to Allkpop, Park Si Yeon took to her Instagram account to share a photo of herself with Song Joong Ki. Reports revealed the "Descendants of the Sun" actor came to see the actress during a photoshoot.
Song Joong Ki played as Kang Ma Ru on "The Innocent Man," while Park Si Yeon took the role of Han Jae Hee in the drama series. The actress could not hide emotions after her co-star dropped by her photoshoot.
"Thank you Joong Ki for visiting. It looks like a family photo," Park Si Yeon wrote, uploading another candid photo of herself with her sister, niece and Song Joong Ki on the set.
The 31-year-old actor has been known for his good relationship with other celebrities. In fact, Park Hoon shared Song Joong Ki personally visit his place during the filming of "Descendants of the Sun," Soompi cited.
Not only that, Song Joong Ki reportedly finds time to help his friends despite his schedule. Previously, Lee Kwang Soo revealed the "Descendants of the Sun" actor willingly obeyed to appear in a drama series when he asked him to.
"I asked him if he could appear as a cameo, and he immediately said yes without having even looked at the script. I don't know if there were many ladies present when we were filming, but there was certainly a lot of people," Lee Kwang Soo said.
Song Joong Ki also showed his support to his close friend Park Bo Gum at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards, where both of them became emotional after the latter won the Male Top Excellence Awards.
