On Jan. 31, Washington, who is best known for role as Olivia Pope in television series "Scandal," and movie roles such as "Django Unchained," "The Last King of Scotland," and "Fantastic Four," turned 39. Meanwhile, Chopra, who has recently made her Hollywood debut in a lead role of Alex Parrish in ABC's thriller "Quantico" sent her warm wishes and praised her. She joined a slew of Hollywood actors and turned heads with her stylish yet elegant Monique Lhuillier strapless pink and white lace gown. According to The Indian Express, the actress kept her jewellery minimal with Kimberly McDonald earrings and Eddie Parker clutch. She took the stage with actor Pedro Pascal to present an award for the outstanding male actor in drama series, which was won by Kevin Spacey for his "House of Cards" role of Francis Underwood. As for Washington, the Hollywood actress remained absent from the gala event. Since the SAGs and her birthday coincided, the actress seems to have decided to give the award event a miss for her Disneyland visit. The actress took to Instagram to share a picture of Disneyland castle with her fans on her special day. "About last night. Thank you @disneyland Happy birthday to me!" Washington captioned her photo.
