Korean actor Gong Yoo is drawing much attention after the success of his recent drama series. In fact, the "Goblin" star has been receiving offers for photo shoots and fan meeting events across the world.
Soompi cited 15 countries have already shown interest in hosting the fan meeting events for Gong Yoo. These offers came from China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and even the United States, Australia and Canada.
"They're offering the best possible conditions to let him hold special fan events," Management Soop revealed on Friday.
Despite the avalanche of offers, the label revealed the "Goblin" actor is currently fully-booked until mid-March. Apparently, Gong Yoo's slate has been packed with photo shoot and endorsement schedules after completing the tvN drama.
Korea Herald added the 37-year-old actor will accept international promotions and events after wrapping up his prior commitments.
Recently, Gong Yoo displayed his laid back look for the February edition of "High Cut" magazine. Not only that, the Korean actor was also spotted in Sydney to shoot a commercial film.
Hundreds of his foreign fans even waited outside a restaurant in Sydney to have a glimpse of the "Goblin" star. Gong Yoo's hectic schedule obstructed him from joining the drama's cast and crew on their reward vacation in Thailand.
Aside from him, his co-actors Kim Go Eun, Lee Dong Wook, Yoo In Na and Sungjae also failed to avail the reward due to conflicting schedules.
Meanwhile, Gong Yoo's international fans are hopeful to see the actor up close. Hence, most of them are requesting the actor to visit their places. On the other hand, others also expressed their congratulatory messages to the "Goblin" star for this breakthrough.
"So understandable! He is not only handsome but very talented and has worked so hard to get where he is. Only good wishes to him for continued success," a fan wrote.
