European fans of Block B will have to miss P.O's performance in the remainder of their "Block B 2017 LIVE BLOCKBUSTER IN EUROPE" shows to prioritize the idol's health.
According to Koreaboo, P.O will not join his co-members for Block B's concerts in Budapest and London scheduled Mar. 3 and 5, respectively. Although their agency said it was due to health matters, Seven Seasons has refused to go into the details of the idol's condition.
"We regret to inform you that P.O will not be able to participate in the Budapest and London shows of the "Block B 2017 LIVE BLOCKBUSTER IN EUROPE" due to health issues," the label announced through Facebook.
The agency added, "However, the six other members will make sure that the two remaining shows will be amazing. We kindly ask for European BBCs' understanding in this situation."
The two cities are Block B's last stops for their Europe concert tour, which kicked off in Amsterdam on Feb. 24. Aside from these cities, the seven-member boy group also performed in Helsinki and Lisbon last Feb. 26 and 28.
While many were sadden about P.O's absence in the concert shows, most of them thought the idol badly needs to rest, considering that he recently lost his mother. "He recently lost his mother and that alone is enough to make him withdraw from the tour," a fan wrote.
Soompi cited P.O's mother passed away due to chronic illness last Jan. 27. In an official statement, Seven Seasons stated the idol and his family have decided to keep matter private.
"As respect to the family of the deceased, the funerary process was held in private and closed off from press and fans until she was laid to rest on the morning of Jan. 29," the agency noted.
Despite losing his mother, P.O has decided to push through with his activities with Block B.
Get well soon, P.O!
