According to Koreaboo, the "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" actress graced the event as the brand ambassador of Laneige. Lee Sung Kyung channeled a simple yet elegant dress which complemented her flawless skin.
The recent promotional activity was her first public appearance after her relationship with Nam Joo Hyuk was made public on April 24. Lee Sung Kyung and her leading man in the come-of-age drama confirmed dating reports through their agency, YG Entertainment.
The "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" stars were compelled to address dating rumors when a media outlet spotted both of them in several instances. Hence, Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk were left with no choice but to open their romance to the public.
"After checking with Lee Sung Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk, they confirmed that after being close friends since their modeling days, the pair recently developed romantic feelings for one another and are dating well now," a network insider stated.
The couple, however, has remained tightlipped about their relationship. In fact, the pair has refused to talk about their romance and how it all started. Nonetheless, the Swag Couple of "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" definitely made their fans happy when they confirmed that they were dating.
Most of them recalled Nam Joo Hyuk's previous answers when asked about his ideal type. Soompi cited fans thought the model-turned-actor was referring to Lee Sung Kyung when he described his ideal girl during interviews.
"Nowadays, I like women who have short hair and sharp features because sometimes they look cute but other times they look intimidating," he said.
Lee Sung Kyung, on the other hand, previously said it was a lot easier to film "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" because of her close relationship with Nam Joo Hyuk.
