After seven long years, Bada is making her comeback on June 13, her agency The Ocean Entertainment announced on Monday, June 6.
"Bada has decided to come back on the 13th to give back to her fans that have been waiting all this time," her label announced.
Bada is set to release her first album in seven years and fourth album since 2009. She was one of the competitors pursuing to win the title of MBC's King of Mask Singer this week, but was eliminated in the third round.
The ex-SES member has expressed surprise that some of the people from the audience were able to recognize her from last week's episode. "I thought no one would recognize me, but already last week, people had guessed it was me," she said.
"It was a little disappointing that I was found out so fast, but I was even more thankful that so many people still remember me," she said.
"I put my heart and soul into preparing this new album, and I plan to repay everyone who remembered me and has been waiting for me on the 13," she added. "I hope that everyone will give it a lot of love."
Since Bada's last promotions for See The Sea in 2009, she has been concentrating more on other activities including drama OSTs, digital singles, and music-focused variety shows, according to Soompi.
Bada used to be a member of the legendary 90's group S.E.S. However, the group disbanded and went their separate ways.
