SM Entertainment talent and Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon voices out her gratitude to everyone who had been part of the first stop of her solo concert series Butterfly Kiss that was held in Seoul Olympic Hall on July 9 to 10.
In her Instagram account, the 27-year-old singer acknowledged the efforts of the people who toiled together for incalculable hours to make the show possible. She also mentioned the solid support of SONE’s, the name of her fans club, who kept their faith in her and held up until the end.
“I realized again that I am truly a blessed person in this 28th year. My precious now. My precious (fans) #tysone,” Taeyeon wrote as translated by Soompi.
Taeyeon's concert was attended by over 6,000 excited fans that came to watch her perform her famous dance hits from her recently released mini album ‘Why’. She also performed ballad songs which include ‘Rain’ and ‘Gemini’.
In the midst of the event, the Korean artist was unable to keep being emotional as she addresses her gratitude to everyone present in the event. She even became speechless as she was so overwhelmed by all the love and encouragement that she had received from her supporters.
The Butterfly Kiss concert series is the second solo show by Taeyeon since her “Taeyeon’s Very Special Day” solo concert in November 2015.
On August 6 to 7, Taeyeon will perform again on the second leg of her concert series at the Busan KBS Hall in Jung-gu, Busan. South Korea.
