Nearing his seventh year on "Running Man," Lee Kwang Soo described the effects of the variety in his life, particularly on his daily routine.

The actor-entertainer said they usually spend an entire day to shoot an episode of "Running Man." However, Lee admitted he has gotten used to the routine, adding that it has become part of his system.

"It takes about a day to film every week, but it has become a part of my life. It's the equivalent of waking up in the morning and drinking water. It just feels natural," Lee said as per Soompi.

He went on, "The show has brought me to where I am now. Seeing the members once a week feels so good."

Meanwhile, EXO member D.O shared how close he is to Lee, who helped him overcome his anxiety before filming an episode of "Running Man." Previously, the two have worked together on "It's Okay, That's Love," Allkpop cited.

"I tend to get very nervous when I go on variety shows but it was good this time thanks to Kwang Soo hyung. Hyung and I were on the same team," D.O said in an interview.

The EXO member continued to commend Lee and said, "Kwang Soo hyung is always very caring and thoughtful about me. I was able to complete the recording joyfully, thanks to Kwang Soo hyung."

Lee started out as a model in 2007. A year later, he started acting for "Here He Comes" and "High Kick Through the Roof." The actor-comedian became known after joining "Good Sunday" and "Running Man" in 2010.
