Exciting things happen when "Lucifer" Season 2 returns to Fox in May. Lucifer Morningstar returns to Los Angeles, he gets into a fight with Maze, exacts his revenge and more.
Lucifer returns to Los Angeles
The winter finale of "Lucifer" Season 2 saw the devil leave Los Angeles without telling anyone where he was going. Apparently, the devil decided to have some alone time and to think about what happened in his life. However, Tom Ellis told Fox News that Lucifer eventually returns to Los Angeles, after he makes a very big decision.
The devil exacts his revenge
Previous spoilers teased that Lucifer might exact his revenge on Charlotte, Maze and Amenadiel upon his return to Los Angeles. The trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 episode 14, "Candy Morningstar," hinted this possibility. The preview shows Maze tell someone that she believes Lucifer plans to carry out his revenge next.
Lucifer is angry as Hell
Likewise, the trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 episode 14 shows a furious Lucifer driving around Los Angeles. There is hatred and anger in his eyes as he played the piano. Perhaps fans will see the nefarious side of the devil this time, as opposed to Season 1, which touched on his humanistic traits.
Maze and Lucifer get into a bloody fight
Somewhere in "Lucifer" Season 2 Maze and Lucifer will be at each other's throats. Photos from the set of the show in Vancouver show the pair in a fight. Both Lucifer and Maze have blood on their faces. It remains unclear what caused their fight, but it must be serious enough to trigger a bloody duel (scroll down for photos).
Maze to turn against Lucifer
Series creator Ildy Modrovich teased that Maze might rebel against Hell's former ruler in "Lucifer" Season 2. The showrunner said the demon turns against Lucifer in her quest for independence.
"She'll get to the point where she'll think that maybe she has to even betray Lucifer, in order to get full independence. She'll be pushed into having to, maybe, possibly, hurt Lucifer, and be part of mom's plan," Modrovich told TV Line.
