"Doctor Strange" actor Benedict Cumberbatch confirmed his appearance for the upcoming "Avengers" film, "Infinity War." Marvel also released a footage on what it would be like if Stephen Strange were to diagnose the injuries sustained by the "Avengers."
In an interview, Cumberbatch revealed that his character will be back in the big screens when "Infinity War" premieres. He went to say that he is very excited about the project since he read the comic books, Screen Rant reported.
"I'm gonna be in the Avengers films, which is a phenomenally exciting thing for me. I mean, I came to comics through the film, so I've been buying my ticket for the last eight years, and now I'm on the other side of the screen. It's very, very exciting." he explained.
When pressed about who among the "Avengers" characters he would want to work it, he playfully played coy and said "I would just say, all of them."
"Doctor Strange" picks up in the wake of the events in "Captain America: Civil War." Recently, Marvel released a video on what it would be like if Strange diagnosed the Avengers' injuries, Comic Book reported.
The clip shows footages borrowed from "Captain America: Civil War" and "Doctor Strange" with Cumberbatch commenting on every cut. At the end of the footage, he playfully pitches a remedy for Iron Man after Captain America crushed the heart of his Iron Suit.
"Perhaps you could go see a new film that defies reality with mind-bending visuals, an all-star cast, and a hero that dares to accomplish the impossible - just suggesting," he said.
"Doctor Strange" premieres on November 4, 2016.
