WrestleMania 33 is just weeks away and the main fight card is getting a lot of hype before its grand day. While speculations are aplenty, there are so many fighters under WWE that could easily make the pay-per-view event memorable for the ages.
Orton vs. Wyatt for SmackDown
One of the confirmed wrestlers set to appear in WWE's biggest event is Randy Orton. According to Bleacher Report, Orton owns the right to fight in WrestleMania on any championship (Raw or SmackDown). He chose to SmackDown in a bid to get the title from John Cena.
But the Cena vs. Orton fight is a no-go considering Bray Wyatt won the title during the Elimination Chamber. This is going to be a big fight in WrestleMania considering Wyatt's popularity is on the rise and he's keen to keep it that way. Orton on the other hand, would have to hang on to the championship belt he won many, many years ago.
Lesnar - Goldberg Saga Continues
Brock Lesnar and Goldberg are two names in WWE that doesn't get old even after more than a decade of speculation. These two are big, literally and figuratively in the wrestling world and there are other stakes that makes the fight a must watch. According to Fox Sports, Goldberg's war with Lesnar will have a bigger meaning if Goldberg defeats Owen for WWE Universal Championship on Fastlane this March.
The "Side Show" Matches
One of the best things about WrestleMania 33 is the fact that it's going to get big not only for the title matches but also for appearances of legends and celebrities. Basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal and the Big Show are already sniping each other on social media and they could set the date on April. John Cena, Chris Jericho and even The Undertaker will make an appearance - and each has a beef to settle on WrestleMania 33 this April 2, 2017.
