The "Game of Thrones" actor Kit Harrington revealed that the last installment of the critically-acclaimed series would first delved into a tumultuous turn before regaining some balance and produce a more positive ending.
Harrington is still gripping in the dark for the next season as he was not yet provided a script but he guessed that the last iteration of "Game of Thrones" would first 'get very bleak' before it could arrive for a happy ending. "I think it's going to get very dark before it gets better," he said in an interview by The Hollywood Reporter.
With the White Walkers and with everyone aiming to a claim of the Iron Throne, everything will have to converge at various points and could produce a series of tumultuous events.
Fellow actress Maisy Williams seemed to back up this disclosure as she posted a series of reactions about Season 7 on Twitter. Apparently, she had read the script for the next installment and started warning viewers to prepare for what may come ahead. She later opposed that warning with another caution.
"Scratch that, nothing will prepare you for this," Williams posted on Twitter.
Fans could expect no less as Season 7 could answer some loose ends on unsolved theories that the series built up from the last seasons. With the show's unrestrained way of storytelling and with their constant heart- wrenching revelations, it is safer for viewers to assume that the characters would definitely undergo a riotous phase especially that winter is finally coming along with a huge force of the undead and the White Walkers.
Meanwhile, showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss stated that the release of Season 7 will be later than usual since they are aiming for a grimy weather to use in shooting the scenes of winter.
